The Small Print: Gift certificates & packages are non-refundable, but are transferable, and must be redeemed by the expiration date. Gift certificate must be paid in full to be valid, and must be
remitted at time of appointment. We're sorry, but lost gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Because we offer such unique individual attention Payment in full, in advance, is required on ALL Treatments, Spa Packages, Gift Certificates and all Special Events. No refund for cancellations of appointments within 4 days of appointment booking if we are unable to re-fill appointment. (If you book and cancel last-minute or fail to show,  as your therapist must still be paid for having waited for you). 

Kindly give 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation, so that someone else may enjoy your appointment time. Last minute cancellations and "No Shows" may be subject to charges to your account. You may receive a 50% refund for cancellation up to 5 days in advance except on weekends, holidays, and at especially busy times (ex: Spring Break, Christmas Holidays). No refund for last minute cancellations and "No Shows".  We maintain an Extensive Weekend Waiting List, so weekend appointments are confirmed upon receipt of reservation funds, and are on a "first paid, first served" basis.
