OUR SPA POLICIES 

BOOKING & CANCELLATION* We are a small company, and therefore cannot "hold" unpaid bookings--all reservations are considered "booked" when full payment is received by Sink Creek Day Spa [first paid, first served]. A valid credit card is required to reserve spa time; however, if the client wishes to pay cash at time of appointment, arrangements can be made to do so.  Please be aware that Sink Creek cannot make change. We do not keep cash on hand--please bring complete payment amount and/or any gratuity that you plan to pay.

A party may only be booked  using one single guest's credit card for payment.  That guest is known as the "primary contact".  All business concerning payment, reservations, spa services and party plans will be conducted only between the Spa and the primary contact. It is the primary contact's responsibility to collect payment from all other members of the party. A party will not be considered booked, nor the Spa reserved until full payment is received by the Spa. At time of full payment a detailed confirmation will be sent to the primary contact as receipt. Note: "Party" is defined as 2 or more Spa guests.

In keeping with our industry standard, Sink Creek Day Spa has a 100% refund [less $25 refund processing fee] policy for party reservations canceled up to 8 days prior to date of arrival; within 7 days prior to arrival, guests canceling party reservations will receive a 50% refund. If guests cancel a single or party reservation within 24 hours of scheduled arrival to Sink Creek Day Spa, there will be no refund, as we cannot possibly fill the place left by your cancellation.

TARDY ARRIVALS* If you are running late for a scheduled appointment, please contact your therapist immediately at 512.392.9529. Please be aware that the Spa is located approximately 15 minute's travel time from l-35 at Aquarena Springs [allow additional time during school hours]. The amount of time you are late for your appointment is deducted from your on-the-table treatment time, and full payment is charged.  If you are 30+ minutes late,and you did not call to let your therapist know, then  your appointment is subject to automatic cancellation, and full payment is charged.  Your therapist must still be paid for having to wait for you.

EXPIRATION DATES* When a gift certificate or package is purchased, there will be an authorization code which contains specific information including the expiration date.  Please make note and use your gift within the expressed time. If a gift is not used in the six-month period allotted, a $50 research and re-activation fee will be charged to cover the time it takes to locate your specific information [kept in-house for 6 months only, then moved to a storage facility--research usually takes an average of about an hour], and to cover any differentiation in pricing that has occurred since the gift was originally purchased.

Multi-Massage Packages must be completed within ONE YEAR from date of original purchase.  Lost gift certificates CANNOT be replaced.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are a small, single-owned business [we deal with about 5,000 calls, bookings, cancellation, re-bookings and actual hostings every year...you get the picture:-], and cannot make exceptions to the policies stated above.

Sink Creek Day Spa Management

 DETAILS you should know...

• you are welcome to bring along a bottle of wine to enjoy during your Spa visit, however only white wines may be consumed inside the Spa building [they clean-up much easier than red:-]

• PLEASE NOTE: A $25 fee will be accessed your credit card if you have a "spray-on" tan that stains our sheets, robes, and/or towels. If you think that staining may be a problem, please bring along your own sheets, robes and towels.

• When you enter the Spa grounds, please turn off your cellphone for maximum relaxation.

• If you like using several towels, please bring extras with you.  The Spa provides one robe, one pair of slippers, and one towel for use during your visit.

• Please help us keep your jacuzzi water nice and clear by showering-off before each use, especially after receiving your massage treatment.

• Please be sure to let us know if this is your first massage.  Remember: it's YOUR massage--always let your therapist know the level of pressure you prefer.

• Always drink plenty of water before and after your massage treatment to ensure flushing of toxins and to reduce post-massage soreness.

• It's best to leave your jewelry at home.
